41-21 Marshall.Iwas unable to attend, will someone there give me their take on the game. Looks like the offence did well. How did the o-line look.

Once again the OL provided the holes needed for K.D. Johnson, J.C. Haigwood, Darius Jones, and Jamal Anderson to run freely. K.D. scored 3 maybe 4 td's. I
can't remember because he scored so many. J.C. Haigwood ran strong and one TD rushing.. It was good to see these two young men healthy and back in the line
up. But a new twist, using the little speedster Anderson like Junior Osborne was used during his days at MHS. Anderson had a rushing TD. Brandon Fitzgerald had
a 40 yd plus touchdown run called back because of an illegal chop block. He did this on a busted play and took off running. I was impressed with the DL line
and the pressure they put on Hallsville QB. He had to dump the ball a couple of times and was sacked a few times as well. AJ Jones for Hallsville got his yards
and he will. He is a tough runner. I think the radio guys said he carried the ball 32 times with around 170 yards rushing.
With eveyone healthy the Marshall offense is very powerful and it was displayed last night. 1-0 in district is a great start. Looks like, both Marshall and Longview will be undefeated in district play, when they meet at Maverick Stadium in two weeks. How many points does Marshall hang on Pine Tree next week?
