Marshall will play Kilgore in the first round of the playoffs. Not sure yet of the time or location. I have read on another site that the Marshall and Kilgore coaches will meet in the morning to flip for a home game.

Kilgore's Mike Vallery and Marshall's Thed Harris are scheduled to meet Saturday morning in Longview at 8:00 a.m. to hash out when and where the
Bulldogs and Mavericks will play. it appears that they will flip for home and home. Makes sense. Why pay to play at Lobo Stadium, Rose Stadium, or SFA when
you can flip for home and home and keep a bigger gate. Kilgore is a much improved team since the Mavericks first played them. I would give the edge to
Kilgore. Hopefully Darious Jones and K.D. Johnson will be back next week. Good match up between Marshall and Kilgore, great history over the last four years.

I understand Darius was suited up last night, so I would expect him to be ready next week. KD had to sit out last night due to UIL rules about concussions so
Id have to think he will be back next week also. I remember Justin Jones missing a playoff game his sr year due to a concusssion the week before. I agree with
Kilgore having the edge. They seem to have only gotten better while the Mavs have been spotty.
