Here are mine: Div II - Marshall over Kilgore 28-21. This could be close since the game is in Kilgore. Go Mavs.. Sulphur Springs over Lindale (game played at Van) SS 32- Lindale 15 . Wildcats have a tradition to uphold as the defending state champs in Div II Div I Longview (game played at Lobo) Longview 42 - Whitehouse 18 Will Longview ever lose at Lobo stadium again ??? >grin< Texas High (game played at SFA) Texas High 32 - Jacksonville 30 - Could go either way. Long trip south for the Tigers. Game will be played on Saturday so you can attend if your team played Friday. These are my predictions, lets hear from others. Member Posts: 493 11/09/09 09:36:51 Moderator	13-4A sweeps. Marshall & Longview in blowouts. SS squeeks by Lindale and the Texas High/Jacksonville game is gonna be a barnburner...might try to make it down to Nac to watch that one...TH by just a lil bit.

Member Posts: 224 11/09/09 17:44:34	Marshall-Kilgore: Coach Vallery always has his team ready to play in the playoffs. Even though Ladarius Anthony might get 200 plus yards, it will not be enough. The Maverick offense is to explosive and fast. The only time I saw the Marshall offense have problems is in the mud at Monroe Neville. No mud at R.E. St. John Stadium, just nice green turf. Marshall wins by two touchdowns at least. The lead for Marshall will not happen until the second half, close ballgame until then. Sulphur Springs-Lindale: The experience of a playoff team like Sulphur Springs will be to much for Lindale. If I am not mistaken, Lindale likes to air it out just like SS. Could be high scoring game. Wildcats eat the Eagles. Longview-Whitehouse: The only team beating Longview might occur in the state championship game. This game will be over by halftime and the Lobo faithful will be heading to the parking lot looking buy tickets to next week's game. Texas High-Jacksonville: Playing at SFA. Nice play for a playfoff game. This game is a toss up to me. I have seen Jacksonville play at the beginning of the season vs. Marshall and Texas High play when they lost to the Mavericks. Both teams have passion to win. Toss up but I am going with Texas High. I'm with the Real Mavfan, 13-4a sweep.

Member Posts: 495 11/10/09 10:23:52 Moderator	Actually I think this year Lindale is a heavy running team. I believe I read somewhere (Smoaky?) that they only throw a couple times per game.
